Full Story: BURLINGTON BOXES CLEVER ON SAMPLE PACKAGING Cumbria-based stone engineers, Burlington - the name behind the finest and most durable stone in the world - has revolutionised the look of its stone sample presentation packaging. Echoing the opulent quality of what is a quintessentially British stone that is native to the English Lake District, the new signature stone packaging has been designed to house a sample of each of Burlington’s sumptuous and highly-tactile six natural stone colours and two limestones. Primarily aimed at architects, specifiers and interior designers, the sample packaging and its contents serve to give recipients an immediate appreciation of the quality and tactility of Burlington and its natural stone colour palette. Alongside the 100mm x 100mm honed finish samples, the presentation packaging also houses a 10-page concertina brochure that provides a greater insight into Burlington Stone, in particular the range of smooth and textured finishes that can be specified. Commenting on this latest development, Sales & Marketing Director, Nick Williams said: “In addition to investing in developing Burlington’s interior and exterior product offering, both off-the-shelf and bespoke, we are continuing to pay a painstaking degree of attention to how the Burlington brand image is presented to what is a discerning customer base. “Having access to such a rich and revered stone source, and knowing that we offer products in natural stone that represent the ultimate finishing statement, the new sample packaging reflects this. It has been created for seriously interested specifiers and is all about inspiring them to savour the delights of not just natural stone, but Burlington Stone,” he added.
