Small crushed slate aggregate typically used as a topping off material in the construction of footpaths, bridleways and carparks. Fines also form an excellent sub base when laying paving or creating hard standing areas.
The material has been championed by major clients such as Lake District National Park Authority, The National Trust, The Forestry Commission and other commercial trail builders for the creation of the many cyclepaths / footpaths which form a sustainable network of routes on a regional and national level.
Footpath Fines are available in Blue Grey and Westmorland Green.
Grade approx. 10mm down to dust - 0.45 cubic metres per tonne when compacted.
Available in mini bags, bulk bags and loose bulk tipper loads.
