Slate boulders ('clogs') can be used to form structure and features within larger domestic gardens and commercial landscaping schemes.
In addition to rockery and water features, boulders can be selected, sawn, shaped and lettered to create a varied range of landscape features such as signage, edging and boundaries and can also be used to restrict access or highlight planting.
Boulders are available in Blue Grey, Westmorland Green, Silver Grey and Baycliff Limestone in a range of sizes from a few kilos through to pieces weighing several tonnes. Boulders may be purchased and packaged individually or in bulk quantities.
Special selection criteria can be applied to these stones and clients are advised to visit the quarries to pick their ideal stone (see the ordering stone page).
