The Surface Design Show continues to attract architects and interior designers looking for innovative surfaces and Burlington Stone, together with SCIN Gallery, exhibited the beauty of British Natural Stone as a surface, which created a lot of interest.
This is a new role, based at the Company’s Head Office at Kirkby-in-Furness Quarry.
You will lead and manage the production operations within budget to meet customer standards. You will ensure that safety, quality, cost and delivery requirements are met, implementing modern manufacturing principles and managing continuous improvement. It is with delight that Burlington Stone’s Westmorland Green flamed paving has won the Landscaping Category at this year’s Natural Stone Awards 2016. Working together with Hardscape, based in Bolton, Burlington Stone supplied their Green natural stone for an integral part of the refurbishment of the Deansgate – Castlefield Metro Station project in Manchester.
The Role: This position is a full-time role providing support to the Sales and Customer Service department and is based at the Company’s Head Office at Kirkby-in-Furness Quarry.
