The event marks the release of a new phase at this exciting development with a desirable central location. On offer are spacious two-bedroom bungalows and a choice of two or three bedroom family homes. The high specification includes contemporary kitchens complete with oven, hob and extractor, double glazing, economical gas central heating and private parking. Most of the three bedroom homes boast an en-suite master bedroom to complement the family bathroom.
Get ready to be wowed…
The house builders interior designers in conjunction with Stollers furniture superstore have created a wow factor with the new show homes, a spacious two bedroom ‘Teal’ bungalow and the three bedroom ‘Chaffinch’ family home. They show just how good the St. James’s Gardens lifestyle can be!
Besides the Government backed Help to Buy scheme being available, visitors can get the latest mortgage news from an Independent Financial Adviser and will be offered a free home buyers status check to help find their way to owning a brand new home at St James’s Gardens.
Carolyn Walsh, Group Sales Manager of Brookhouse Homes explains: “We find that many people are unaware of their true home buying potential and the incentives that are readily available. For example, with Help to Buy and just a 5% deposit a new home at St James’s Gardens could cost as little as £99,920 now. The free home buyers status check aims to help house hunters find their best and most affordable way to get on to or move up the property ladder at St James’s Gardens."
There will be a hog roast at the event and a chance to win a bottle of champagne just for being there! Bay radio will be broadcasting live from St James’s Gardens between 10am to 2pm and The Bay Bear character will be making a personal appearance to meet, greet and entertain.

It was with mixed emotions that Burlington Stone thanked Terry Armistead, Production Manager, for his dedication to the business over the past 48 years and to wish him well in his retirement at a special party on Friday 5th May 2017. Having joined Burlington Stone at the age of 15, Terry has played a key role within the production facility at Kirkby-in-Furness. The vast knowledge and experience he has gained over the past 48 years, along with his “can-do” attitude means he will be greatly missed by colleagues and customers alike. Luckily, Terry has kindly agreed to continue to work for Burlington for a couple of days per week.
It is with delight that Burlington Stone’s Westmorland Green flamed paving has won the Landscaping Category at this year’s Natural Stone Awards 2016. Working together with Hardscape, based in Bolton, Burlington Stone supplied their Green natural stone for an integral part of the refurbishment of the Deansgate – Castlefield Metro Station project in Manchester.
